Classic good bubble tea. I like that you can choose sugar levels, ice levels, and black vs green tea base. Fast service and the only bubble tea place in Dunedin at the moment.

Very friendly, tends to be pretty busy but it's a small space and good drinks :))
Always go a few times and try something new. I didn't like the first two drinks I got but the third was good (every drink was a different flavour)

Seems the only Taiwan milk tea in Dunedin. Milk tea is great, taro tea is just OK. Not bad in total.

My goal is to try all milky tea on the menu…and so far so good! Always a pleasant experience. Chatime was the first place my girlfriend tried a milky bubble tea and actually like it! Hahaha
Also, the fried chicken is a must. Go for spicy, hot-hot is right on point!
The staff was always friendly and helpful, given good recommendations when asked for.
We will definitely come back and would recommend!

Chatime is the best bubble tea place in Dunedin. The staff are always super polite, friendly and willing to help customers when they need assistance. They always follow my order instructions perfectly and have never messed up an order before. Their drinks are delicious and very well priced. I highly recommend this place

The price is fair, but I like GongCha better. It is a matter of preference, but somehow it's pearls is harder to chew than GongCha's.
