Stopped here for a snack on the way to Aberdeenshire from Edinburgh airport. Didn't notice the staff member's name but full marks to the assistant who served me. He was so friendly. I really appreciated the extra time he took to have a bit of a conversation.
We are so quick to complain I just wanted to highlight this example of great service. (The assistant was a young male with red curly hair)
