Wendy's

I visited this Wendy's about 10:45 a.m. right after they switched from breakfast to lunch. I had a coupon for a $5.00 small spicy chicken combo. When they rang it up, it came to $7.56 which would have been at least $2.00 more than it should be. When I questioned it he just shrugged his shoulders. My sandwich and drink were fine, but my fries were hardly warm. My friend got chicken nuggets which were also lukewarm and did not get the correct sauce. He also got a son of baconator which was dried out and lukewarm as well like it had been sitting in the warmer bin for awhile. Neither one of us could get a receipt as as they told us the machine had been out of paper for the last couple weeks. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Dave Thomas would not approve.

Avoid this location! Went thru the drive thru, order was repeated correctly. One drink size was wrong and all they said was sorry when told. No straws or napkins in either bag, my burger had cheese on it when it was ordered without and to top it off, no receipt on the bag! I do expect some level of accurate service. June 16, 2022 about 7 pm.

I just don’t understand how I can consistently get cold food from this Wendy’s. We will never go back. Their promise of hot fries is a lie. And when you ask for no cheese on your burger but they still put cheese on it, it’s ok because you can peel it all off because your burger is ice cold anyway....

I go here regularly and their food and service are hit or miss. They seem to go through an excessive amount of employees and that probably has alot to do with it. Burgers are usually hot and fresh but the fries are hit or miss on freshness and quality. Drive thru is not the fastest and usually is backed up around the driveway.
