Timmy's is Timmy's quick coffee and a doughnut or a farmers breakfast sandwich, Timmy's always pulls threw when ur looking for a quick fix, nice staff, clean establishment, eat in or hit the drive threw

Because of staff shortages, all of Tim Hortons in Duncan (all 4 of them) close by 8 p.m. or earlier. Quite often they won't have what you want especially if you want a Vegan meal. The staff haven't been trained to properly interact with the people (especially at drive through windows)...they don't even smile at you as they hand you your order.

Disgusting food and coffee. Coffee tasted like dishwater, ordered a breakfast wrap in it was cold, they didn't heat it and it was straight out of the fridge. Will never return to a Tim Hortons again as this is the third time in a row that I could not eat their food.

Worst tim ever they are locking customers outside and working only the drive through although theres client inside but no line up at counter waited 10 minutes still serving drive only

Decent experience but attention to detail when making food could have been better. Grilled cheese wasn't really grilled. Sandwich was hardly toasted, and the lettuce was brown

Stopped in at this store in Lake Cowichan. Did at the counter for 5 minutes, was ignored, used the washroom and then left. Drove to Duncan and grabbed my coffee there. Won't stop in to this location again
