Jersey Mike's Subs

Fantastic when ordering for pickup. Delivery? That wasn't great. Ordered at 5:07 with an estimated wait of 35-45 minutes. That was perfect. Order delivery ETA then said 6:07. No big deal. At 6:45 I got notified that my order was picked up to head my way... so now we're eating our "hot" subs, cold. Still good sandwiches, but maybe make some accurate delivery times? Nothing was even updated on the tracker at all until after 6:30... and even then it still said my order would arrive at 6:07 🤦🏻‍♀️. Disappointed.

Saw someone post Jersey Mike’s Subs on Facebook and had to go check it out. First thoughts walking in is how clean it is. I know it’s a new place but still clean nonetheless. Looking at the menu I saw simple but delicious sounding subs. I did ask what a favorite was and they recommended the #56, big kahuna cheese steak. I’m glad I asked for that one because it was really good. It was a nice hot sub with a little kick of spice from the jalapeños. Definitely recommend that sub on a cold Duluth day. Like this place, will be back!

I had ordered a regular sub and a giant sub but ended up receiving two regular subs. I was disappointed because I paid extra to make the one sub giant and I didn’t receive that. I filed a complaint with the store and got a call within 10 minutes. The guy who called was very nice and said he apologized for the order mess up and sent me 2 free sub coupons to make up for it. The two regular subs that I got were incredibly delicious and I definitely recommend going there. It’s only a couple dollars more than other sub shops but the quality of food is outstandingly better at Jersey Mikes!
