I have ordered through this location multiple times and always have something messed up. Pretty disappointed that I can't eat before work... the last 2 times has been the same mistake. Might want to double check your food before you leave this place. Asked for no mayo and both times got quite a bit of mayo.

Food is really good but experience the past year is that wait times are long and orders not prepared right. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through for my food only to get home and find out they gave me the wrong sandwich. Returned to the store because they don't answer the phone during peak meal times. I was told I could wait another 45 minutes for the correct sandwich or get a refund...no thanks on more waiting. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'm considering not returning.

Second time ordering rapid pick up with the same results. After arriving at the time it said it would be ready (over an hour from when I ordered) I was told my order wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. Looking around the restaurant it's not even a quarter full.What is the point of rapid pick up if it's not rapid. Not to mention the smoothies they made for my order they "hadn't started yet" were already melting. They are so short staffed and disorganized. Plus, the kitchen is a mess. Pretty disgusting. I won't be ordering from there anytime soon. I feel bad for the people working there but management needs to get it under control.

We went there with friends for a Sunday brunch, it wasn't busy. It's now self-order, we had trouble with it as we wanted a guest check in, not to have to create an account. A staff member had to get the manager to help us, by that time it was 11:03, we couldn't get any breakfast items, we were 3 minutes past the cuff-off time. The manager/staff wouldn't let us. It took over 10 minutes for us to figure out the self-ordering system and get it to work correctly. Plenty of staff around that could have helped us. We just left. Very disappointing.

They made my sandwich wrong so they made me another one that was half the size & gave me a box to keep the wrong sandwich. I donated the sandwich to a random person on the side of the road. I appreciate that they didn't take the sandwich back and throw it away because I absolutely hate wasting food and feel horrible when people mess up my order and then food has to get wasted. Anyways only four stars because I got the pick two and the sandwich is already a half sandwich so the size of the bread I put it on top of the wrong sandwich and it was literally a quarter sandwich the one that they made as a remake for me. I don't eat that much so I don't really care but I feel like as a business model that's not a good idea considering how much it cost for a half sandwich especially when it became a quarter sandwich.

great good, friendly staff. Corporate so if you've been to one, you know what to expect. With that said, they do a fantastic job at replicating the Panera brand.

I always enjoy my meal at Panera Bread, but when they ask me for a tip just for taking my order I feel completely awkward. Why in the world should I tip you for simply taking my order? Awkward. Anyway, the food is good. The tea is great. Their breads are amazing.
