Jimmy John's

Tuna sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and provolone cheese. My tuna is amazing so I’m super critical about tuna elsewhere. This tuna was very good! I ordered the Lil John. The roast beef came with lettuce and tomato. I added cucumber. The meat was thinly sliced with a modest amount of in the sandwich. The sandwich was light and tasty. The bread 🥖 is good. The sweet tea was brewed just right, strong enough to taste the tea without the metal taste when over brewed. It’s sweetness was spot on! I thoroughly enjoyed the chips. They were 1.5” circles, well seasoned, crisped to perfection! Overall: 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Just called and was hung up on. Then when I proceeded to call back the line was dead. It’s 8:20pm and and the store closes @ 9pm. I have a coupon code from the direct store on my account that I was told I could only use when my order was placed over the phone. To my surprise I was hung up on before I could receive help so now I can’t even order. Great, thanks a lot for wasting my time and leaving us hungry. I rather keep going to the Sugarloaf location then receive this service!

They consistently do not send napkins even though we request them every single time. I almost always get the .79 guac spread in place of mayo. See picture for what today's .79 looks like. Not cool. We won't stop ordering because they are generally good. We do always ask ourselves why we have to specify napkins. EDIT: I did try to call but the number is busy.

I was quite impressed with the service we received today. We had a fairly complicated order and they got everything correct. The music was not turned up too loud and the employees seemed to enjoy working the lunch rush. My son wanted a few pickle slices on the side of his #5 Unwich. They obliged and even brought them to the table. Not bad!

Just go the location in Snellville..the customer service is night a day..I just moved back to the area and it was quite disappointing and the customer service didn't feel like Jimmy John's...i have had Jimmy Johns in two other states and it was much better then this and as other reviewers said no chips were added..we should have gotten Subway..They just lost a more then weekly order..I run multiple businesses and have busy days and sometimes I don't have time to eat...don't worry i'll just give the location in Snellville my money...no problem..the area has a bunch of other eateries..time to explore :)
