This is a very busy location. It is efficiently run, so things flow smoothly. Things are kept clean and orderly.

They were a bit low on variety for 10:30 in the morning, but the Boston Kreme and Sour Cream donuts were pretty good and the coffee was decent. Staff are pretty chill, too.

Went there yesterday. Woman who took my order was less than friendly. Especially when I mistakenly said “sweet cream” instead of just “cream”. Got to the window and the young woman handing us our order said NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING. No greeting when I got to the window, no eye contact, took my money (didn’t repeat total due), handed me change (didn’t say how much or count it back), handed us two drinks that looked similar (didn’t clarify which was which), and then walked away! Unacceptable for a customer service job. Very disappointed.

Always a good day when it starts at Dunkin. Long lines at the drive through... so don't plan on stopping with 10 minutes left to get to work because you'll be late.

About 15 cars ahead of us, during a worldwide pandemic, on a holiday, I fed 3 people for under $14 in 21 minutes. Great job Dunkin!
