Dunkin'

I get the same thing every time I go... most times I don’t have a problem... but today? The girl who took my order was extremely rude... not only did she mess up my order, she overcharged me... when I told her, she just went and got me more donuts without my consent...when I called to speak with a manager, Olivia and her rude self, said that there was no mgr on her shift... and sarcastically said for me to have a nice day! I spend too much money here for horrible service... I’ll be writing the corporate office as well!

I came in two days straight and they messed up our order and when we ask them to remake them they said that that is what the order said and handed it back and walked away. The next day I came in my drinks were the wrong size. The manager didn't seem like she knew what she was doing looked a little lost. UPDATE: I went in everyday of my visit, which was a week, overall my experience was okay. They had more communication than before and were speedy for how busy the day was. I heard from my friends that usually this place is good on service.

Hit Dunkin during the shift chang pretty late at night. The staff was chatting and preoccupied but had the grace to notice me and say they would be right with me. The selection of doughnuts was pretty limited, but they had enough to find one I liked. The coffee was good as always. The place seemed a little understaffed. I love this place being 24 hours so I hope they pull it together better.
