Horrible customer service ! They should turn their headsets off when talking about their customers in drive thru. Also when customers are at the window wanting to confirm their order before paying, you all should have A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. It would be nice instead of being nasty and stuck up closing the window on talking customers . Won’t be going here again lost my service . Good food though .

This specific Hardee's is a joke. They don't pay attention to your order. Doesn't matter the time if day, it'll take over 20 minutes. Food is ok, but usually a sloppy joke. Monster roast beef sandwich is a monster joke as well. $7 for 2 sliced of meat, old bacon, and frozen cheese.

The food was as good as expected, The order was 95% accurate. The reason for the 5 stars is the rockstar employee that took my order, money, and delivered the food. She was an absolute pro in multi tasking! The industries' indolence is what had kept me away for more than ten years. This gal was so impressive I had to tell her and you guys about it.

The manager was very nice. The restaurant was quiet and clean. The monster burger combo wasn't the same as it was in the 1990's. It was also $10.60. I don't know that I would get it again. It was good, just not what I remembered.

Went there to get breakfast sandwich for the ride home. Girl on the speaker greets and says made ready fresh. Hmmmm...play on words. They ate right its made ready fresh however they mean put together ready fresh. The "toasted " bread was soggy and warm but hot like you would expect. All in all it was ok...

Tried the new prime rib biscuits and disappointed. The poster showed the sandwich has a fried egg but it came with a the normal mixed omelet style egg and wasn't so good.
