They need to use staff more wisely
One person crafting drinks is not enough when we now have this system of ordering ahead for pick up. Only one person was ahead of me in store yet I still waited18 minutes for my cappuccino. Unacceptable

My brother called it 5 bucks and that was 7 years ago! Besides a place for free internet; I have left the stars in your eyes for big bucks sweet diabetes coffee house.

People must remember that this is a small kiosk inside of Safeway. These girls work their butts off. It is way faster than a regular Starbucks. As far as I know they don't have hot food. Drinks and snacks only.

Purchased a pink drink and an iced coffee, my two favs! The drive thru line was extremely long but moved really quickly.

These girls are overworked and understaffed, and yet they still work their butts off to get things right for the customers. Anything negative about this location (understaffed) is due to poor management on the Safeway side. The Starbucks kiosk manager is amazing and gets to know her regulars. I'll walk in the door, do some shopping and come over and my drink will be made. I actually prefer coming here next to the actual stand alone Starbucks store that is just around the corner because of the quality of the drinks they make. I wish Safeway management would understand that they can't leave new people over there alone. It's wrong.

I am not sure if they have changed. How they make their drinks its been a while since ive had a starbucks but my drink didnt taste the same.
