I was out and about, running errands, too busy to cook. My 14 year old daughter had a sleepover so my home was full of teenage girls. Dinner was MUCH easier by stopping in for burgers!

I visited the DeWitt Twp. Burger King and found Brenna to exceed the bounds of quality customer service. Brenna is kind, courteous, and patient. She is cheerful and pleasant and makes visiting this Burger King a very pleasant experience. Brenna rocks her orders and her communication skills. She should be an employee trainer. This is the only location I'll go to ! The food is fresh,hot, and almost ready every time. The customer service is usually always on point. So for the ones of you guys who care WE THANK YOU ! 🥰👌

Starting with the food: It was fresh, un-smooshed, and recently put together even though it was from the dollar menu, meaning your order is more likely to be put together when ordered (even after the lunch rush). The fries, not old - and just enough salt. All in all 10/10 for what you might get from a fast food location. (Bacon cheese burgers & Fries)
Despite being short-staffed, the wait was not bad, and the staff that are there - incredibly nice and greeting with a smile. Not always what you expect but heart-warming.

There is one lady that works the drivethru (missing teeth) that is not very friendly. The rest of the staff is great and the manager (I believe her name is Tina) is fabulous! She makes up for any small mistakes they have made on my order. She is upbeat and friendly every single time I see her.
