Had an amazing experience at a recent hockey tournament in Syracuse. First, 6 parents were looking for dinner around 945pm Friday night and despite being near closing Maria (manager) took us in. The service we received from Elizabeth was impeccable - not rushed, took her time and even gave us suggestions for the evenings activities. Then on Saturday afternoon around 3 pm we were scheduled for a team dinner at another local establishment. Unfortunately amid a great deal of confusion and frustration the hostess threw up her hands and left. I took a chance and called Maria. She accommodated 30 of us in the short trip from one restaurant to hers. They were short staffed but there was Elizabeth again with a big smile and full control of the group, with some great help from the friendly bartender we were all watered, fed and out in about 1.5 hours , the kitchen was on their game - a job well done and great food great service great times!

Our server, Sean, was very informative and attentive. He brought everything to us promptly and our meals were prepared exactly as we ordered! Sean was a delight and I hope he is our server when we come back!! The only thing that was a negative was how cold it was in the bathroom and I’m not sure if the hot water was working.

Atmosphere good. Server good. Food good.🍔 Drinks good. 🍺 Full salad bar. 🥗 Meal served hot. Tabke clean. 🧽 Needed another napkin cuz we are messy. Christmas music was kinda loud but still an enjoyable booth and meal. We messed up and forgot to get the CODE 👩‍💻 for our points but, we won on a scratch off later that day SO it balanced out! 🥳🎄🎅

I was worn out from a day out road tripping and I ordered food to go. I got the New Orleans Seafood with zucchini and a baked potato. It was great, everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I was starving and forgot to take a pic until I was nearly done, so y'all get a close-up. I'm now stuffed and happy.

We had read of bad reviews for this restaurant but were tired and wanted a place nearby our hotel so took the risk. What a good time we had with our server Sean S.! His low-affect yet extremely competent service and genuinely interested demeanor made our night. The food and atmosphere was just what we expected, but we really felt taken care of by Sean.

I think I've reviewed this place before but I'm not sure. If you know me you know that I generally stick to the items I know I like. That has resulted in Lisa almost always being able to tell what I'm going to order, and that drives me nuts. So this time I mixed it up and got a pasta bowl thing. I think they called it meaty pasta. I just looked at their menu to get the exact name and I can't find it, so maybe they took it away already. At any rate, it was pretty good, but there was one strange thing about it. It was basically ziti with meatballs and sausage, but the sausage wasn't Italian! It was more like kielbasa. It really didn't belong in there. I took a pic that you can see. Lisa tried the beef 'tacodillas' and was not impressed. The beef was sinewy, so that kind of ruined it for her. We'll go back though, cause if you sign up for their club they'll send you buy one get one for $3 coupons. We did enjoy the other meals we had from there.

Our server Sean S. was attentive and kind. There was a wide variety of options at the salad bar all were fresh and full ranging from lettuces to topping to dressings. Entrees came out hot - Chicken was juicy, vegetables were fresh, and mashed potatoes were creamy and delish. Fish was seasoned to perfection, paired well with rice and zucchini. All in all an excellent dining experience and we will be going back soon! Thanks again Sean!

When my friend and I came around here it wasn't busy, hardly anyone was there, but the food took a while to come out. The loaded fries were good; the onion rings were okay. Friend ordered a burger (received medium rare when asked for medium well) with a soup side, but we didn't touch the soup because there was an odd smell and it tasted as if it was old and wasn't a fresh batch. It looked good, but it was a shame it didn't pass the smell and taste factors... My shrimp rib steak combo was good; the meat fell off the bone for the ribs and the steak was juicy medium rare with a few fried shrimp and onion rings. The waitress was sweet and kind. Though she had made a mistake with my order, she apologized and gave it to us for no extra charge while giving my right order when we told her not to worry about it. Atmosphere was clean and roomy, no complaints.

Had the bbq salmon, zucchini and loaded baked potato. All was really good. Server was great! Only reason not 5 stars is. Because they added the tip and didn't tell me. UPDATE: Visited again in Feb 2023 and the New Orleans seafood was fantastic. They really need more help, the bartender Elizabeth waited on 10 people at the bar, 3 other tables and managed pickup orders. She ran her tail off and did an excellent job!!! And they no longer automatically add the tip, so bumped up to 5 stars!
