Stank attitude from the window clerks through the drive-thru. Terrible service. Nonchalant attitude toward customers.you get the sense of you're getting on their nerves when they take your order. Very uncomfortable feeling.

The female cashier had a very unpleasant attitude. To make it worse, both Original thighs that I was given were so salty they were not edible.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! The staff was the rudest ever. I was told my food would be 15 min wait AFTER I paid for it. They totally forgot about me and after patiently waiting an additional 42 minutes before I even complained, they went off on me!! I asked for a refund after waiting another 10 mins for an order that still was not ready. What was supposed to be a refund turned out to be a 2nd charge of the order! I called the credit card company right away. I started this horrific experience at 7:58pm and didn't end until 938pm!!! I drove away without my order and an $87.68 hit to my credit card. They never offered even a free drink for my trouble! I would rip off my own arm and eat it like a zombie before I EVER go there again.

I paid for a $23.99 family 8 Pcs bucket and they only gave me 1 large mashed potatoes when it’s supposed to be 2 of them. Stealing money like crazy.. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Bad service as well. The staff always work with bad attitude to costumers!!!

The attendants were rude. Have the items I requested, they either did not give or have. Instead of informing me of what wasn't available I was giving asked what I wanted only to be told they didn't have it. This happened so often I gave up the order and left.
