i go to this store almost daily and dont normally have a problem, however today there was a new gentleman there and i was getting lotto tickets
and he didnt know what he was doing so he called over Jay Cee and he gave me the wrong tickets and i explained what i wanted and he proceeded to yell at me, the problem is he copied what the other gentleman did only for evening and it was wrong he never repeated what i wanted. he was down right RUDE to me

I came in for free slurpee day with my 3 year old son and when approaching the slurpee machine, a heavy set man was mopping and yelled that there were no more free Slurpees. When I explained I had just gotten out of work, before I could finish my sentence, he yelled, "That's not my problem!" It really wasn't his problem but i found him to be very rude and his approach unnecessary. I just moved to the Des Plaines area and will not be visiting this location again.

I went into this store and the heavy set man who works there was extremely rude and told me to shut up a you mouth after I told him he was being rude. This store is a joke and I can't support a business that allows such filth to be rude to paying customers.

Today I witnessed RAJ take the extra change out of the little holder on counter that people put pennies in for others, this POS pocketed the coins and when i called him out he said oh well I work the register! Don't ever trust this POS store!

In any other 7-eleven i had no problem but today i bought something and heat my own food from home and he was like dont use it, you can use it only if you bought that food here...

Franchise should be pulled from current owner. Place used to be clean with friendly people behind counter, now dirty and grumpy people and inventory is minimal at best.
