I love the food and the people. Like anywhere you have to be specific in what your ordering. Just like you and I people make mistakes but the food is always fresh and the service was really fantastic, friendly staff too. The original recipe crust is so mouth-watering and their infamous coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy, so good and delicious. I've waiting a little minutes to served the food, but it is okay for me because they provided the best quality of food . They served the food hot. The whole atmosphere was great. And the store was really clean. It was great experience eating at KFC . Highly recommended.

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the entire KFC team in Des Plaines, for supporting us in donating some delicious chicken and sides for one of our Make-A-Wish celebrations! We celebrated our wish child last week who had asked for a puppy and in the midst of getting everything ready for the grand reveal, I stopped by the store and they kindly donated food towards our cause. My husband ordered large coleslaws via KFC website. We only received one order of coleslaw. We called and the store manager was unable to help us and give us a refund. We also called KFC customer service but no one answered. Why does KFC offer online ordering and delivery when no customer service available during dinner time??

Prices are way too high. Great food horrible prices. Corporate really needs to drop prices. Everyone I know loves KFC and like myself go there less due to prices. I and my family and friends would go more often if there were way better family meal prices. KFC is delicious but come on over $25 for a 8 or 10 piece chicken??? No thanks

Ordered on the app. Order was suppose to be ready at 7pm. The app. said it was ready to pick up. I showed up at 7:08 and I was told they were out of chicken and it would take 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and they said I had to do it in the app. There was no where in the app. to ask for a refund and they didn't know how to do it. I had to settle for what I didn't want.

I thought I was in 1988 when I remembered how going to a fast food restaurant was a treat and a reward. The service was great and the food was on point. I sat and ate in store and viewed the surrounding area as I dined and didn't want to leave . They are by far one of the best I visited in years! I'm not from the area but if I return they on my list to visit...

Never have issues here. They are nice and fast. I love the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes are always yummy. The Georgia Gold tenders are so good. Not too spicy but good spicy. Bucket of chicken always has a good portion of chicken. The corn is yummy. The chocolate is awesome and they have mini ones now. This location is great.
