Be careful ordering with uber eats. I have ordered with them a couple of times and they always forget a part of my order. This last time I called to speak to a manager and the man who answered was super rude (said his name was Jose). Told me the manager came in when he wanted to so I would basically have to catch him when i can, never once said sorry just said “the cook forgot to put it” and oh well type of attitude . I was shocked I have never had such terrible customer service and the food wasn’t great for that type of service. NEVER ordering again.

DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING. Food was terrible and cold. Badly seasoned. Steak no seasoning,rice plain,beans plain. All of the food tasted the same. (Weird).Rotten avacado. Lemonade tasted like water and lemon. Will never eat from here again.

I remember eating here years ago & my friend accidentally ate one of the fries from another order~ the customer was cool with it & so were the awesome, excellent, friendly, professional, and hard-working employees there. 11/10 would recommend thank you so much & go TBK on Oakton & Mount Prospect!

My company orders from this place at least once a week. We all love it. Their Mexican Eggs "Huevos A La Mexicana" , are simply the best.

Its good, but when you order online they dont honor your order. Paid for avacado, didn't get it!!! I feel like they are scamming. This has happened multiple times!!

Might as well have just bought a shoe and ate it. Milenesa torta was inedible. It was like they took beef Jerkey and put it on the sandwich instead of breaded steak. Dry, tasteless, and cold. Will never ever go there again.

Horrible customer service!!! Waited over 30 minutes to get food. Waited for nothing just to get money back but no food. Sendy was extremely rude. Never going back again
