Dairy Queen (treat)

Good ice cream but HORRIBLE service.My family and I were in the parking lot and in line for almost 20 minutes as it was turning 9pm when they close. We finally reached the order window at 9:02 pm. The staff explained they are closed now and will not be serving anymore people. They should've finished the rest of the cars in the lot or at least came outside to let people know they weren't going to be served. It was ridiculous to make people wait around 20 min and have them drive up to the window to be disappointed. I'm not sure this failure of customer service is due to the management or just the failure of our society's work ethic nowawadays. STAY OPEN FOR THE EXTRA 10 MIN!

DQ treats were fabulous. The only problem is I got up to place my order the night before and they shut off the sign and said the car in front of me was the last order to get made. There were 3 cars behind me and we were all in line before the apparent closing time of 9. That is something that should be posted, possibly even on the sign outside.

I've cream was good but my experience with them was less than.. I bought in 2 coupons that I gotten in the mail for a blizzard at regular price an the other for 99¢. It was to cover 4 people in the car. Well they said you can only use 1 coupon for 1 car only an wouldn't honor the other (with a slight attitude, which they made my day worse). I wasn't a happy camper on that day... I'll still go to DQ in the future, just to a different location.

I get that you’re busy and I don’t mind waiting but tell customers if something is not available instead of making something random without telling them. If they didn’t make something random on purpose the least you could do is get the order right if I gotta wait so long. Also the blizzards were like already melted. Is not about the wait it’s about the bad order after having to wait in line.

I was in line in my car at 915 pm. There was a young man and his daughter on foot behind me and one more car behind him. There was 4 or 5 cars in front of us. When I got to the speaker at 929 pm the young lady inside said the car ahead of me was the last car. I asked why didn't they come out earlier and tell the last car they were it or put a cone up behind the last car. The young lady said they couldn't come out. Why? Are there lions around? Roving bands of brigands? Had Darth Vader returned? Very poor management and no leadership what so ever. Not one adult on the premises. The little girl behind me started crying when she heard the young lady say we were not getting served. I guess going home was more important than running a business.
