Dunkin'

I went into this Dunkin Donuts on East University Avenue Des Moines Iowa to pick up an Apple Fritter. The signs show that they wanted $1.79. They charged me $1.89. I told him that was an overcharged based upon their stated price. They refused to give a refund and simply took my dollar 89 plus tax and gave me a apple fritter. I highly disagree that it was an Apple Fritter. There was practically no apples in it and it was so light and fluffy that you can hardly feel it in your hand. I think the product was inferior. Service was inferior. They're charging more than what the sign says. I guess I'll head to HyVee next time.

One word... yikes! We walked in and no one else was there, yet the entire dining room was filthy. Grease on the front door handle, crumbs everywhere, greasy marks all over the place, unwashed tables and very dirty windows. Furniture looks bad too. It was pretty much all I could focus on the whole time we were in the place. Service was average, but my bacon croissants were both undercooked in a major way. Do yourself a favor and find a different Dunkin. Stay away from this one.

Have went there more than four times a week, always get the same drink, usually a couple donuts, if they have them or something else. For a year, everyone was kind, polite, friendly. Lately can not seem to get the drink right, then say it was not ordered that way. The lady manager is very rude. I can see why they can not keep help. Out of donuts by 9:30 a.m. You are a donut shop. One more time, I will try. See what happens.
