Really nice place with lots of areas to eat, be comfortable or just relax. Very nice staff interactions and getting everything together went quick and easy. Clean for the most part. My meal was good very tasty. Overall had a good time, good meal and good staff

My first time trying out this Panera and my last. My order $12 was completely fine until I realized the drive through lady didn’t return my credit card. I came back around the drive thru to get my card and I got a notification saying I was charged another $34 for another Panera meal. The manager gave a little bit of a hard time on my refund since i had “no receipt” to a order I NEVER MADE. I hope you enjoyed your meal that you charged on my car drive thru lady !

On Monday June 13, 2022 I had by far the worse drive thru purchase experience ever! I chose the "you picked 2" deal. Okay, its simple and shouldn't take long at all. It was a small chicken Ceasars salad along with a broccoli and cheese soup. I ordered just a combo at 8:37pm and by 9:00pm I had to walk in to find out what was happening. It shouldn't take that long to make a small salad and a small cup of soup, even if it was made fresh it shouldn't take 30+ minutes. As I'm about to walk in a young teenager was bringing m my food and talking on his phone (had it on speaker while bringing me my food) shows me that either management is not aware of this or management has lost control of their franchise or the final theory is that no one cares. This is someone's franchise and I hope and pray they see this review cause at this point I expect either a change for better happens or the 431,000 viewers on my page sees this. Just totally disappointing and I will never go back to this location. Very sad but a very true experience.

Unfortunately they were out of just about everything. Then we waited 15 minutes at the drive through only to get the coffee part of our order... I told the young lady I was waiting for food, and she just said oh it must not be ready and never returned with it. Ultimately I had to go in and find my hot food on the counter the entire 15 minutes now cold... this was not good communication between staff.

Gave them a second chance with a lunch order and once again they forgot the hot items, when I finally got through I explained I could not wait 1 hr for delivery. Here it is 1hr 30min later and still did not arrive. When I called and asked to remove items from my bill I was hung up on.

Horrible experience this morning. Drive thru had me waiting for 15 min at their pull up spot for a cobb salad and breakfast wrap. I was not aware of the wait time. I had to call the store to remind them that i was waiting (they were rude) and when i finally got my food an additional 5 min after calling, it was such a disappointment for an expensive salad. I told an employee how ridiculous it was and she just agreed with me and walked away. I do not recommend this location and will drive to try another (newer) location on Bridgeport ave in Shelton .

Today will be my last time going to this location after receiving what I consider to be poor customer service from manager in charge (Joey). After paying for my meal I was told to pull forward and someone will bring it out, I explain to him that each time that happen it’s a long wait and by the time I get my meal the sandwich is all saggy. His response was “well that’s our policy and so you have to pull forward, after hearing that and seeing the attitude behind it i then request the order be cancelled and be refunded. His attitude only got worse, I request to speak to the general manager, he refuse and keep telling me he’s the manger. Someone else then came to the window and went straight into telling me what’s there policy. Didn’t introduce or identify herself. After asking who she was, I was told she’s the General manager (Lindsay) these workers evidently need more training or be retrained. Customer service is getting worse.

Drive past this Panera even if your starving.
Always an issue here. MIssing items, food not made correctly or cold. Counted 5 people in a kitchen and still can't make it correctly. How hard is it to reheat microwave food to make it warm? Make sure you stay up at the counter they WILL NOT call your name like at other paneras.
Otherwise you get an attitude if you ask for them to make you a fresh one that hasn't been sitting cold for 5 mins because they supposedly called your name. Then it's made wrong afterwards. Attitude galore here.
