Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. Once I finally got to the ordering screen had to wait another 10. The new girl was confused and was confusing me. Couldn’t answer my question. I wanted it toasted. It’s not even warm and didn’t get veggies I asked for. Hopefully my boyfriends doesn’t have onions bc he’s allergic and I asked for no onions. So we’ll see. They were nice but it shouldn’t take that long

On Thursday February 27 my husband and I went to Subway on Madison Avenue in Derby Ks. about 7:30 p.m.We were served by Ty (Jones I think.) He very pleasantly informed us that he was sorry but the store was out of bread. He said they still had flat bread, wraps, salads and two sliders which we took. After us two other gentlemen came in one ordered one left. But Ty treated them both with the same pleasant and respectable attitude.

Yesterday I was in a jam. I had a last second order close to the noon hour for 50. When I asked how long it would take they said normally a day's notice, but they could make it happen. They even did the prep work in less than 45 minutes. When I arrived, I expected a frazzled crew. Nope, they were excited to have risen to the challenge! It was great to see their pride in a job well done. Thank you! I sincerely appreciate your effort and the sandwiches were delicious!

It's okay, its a pretty standard Subway experience all in all. I've gone here quite a few times and haven't ever gotten really a "bad" sandwich. Occasionally they're a little light for thw price and you have to keep telling someone behind the counter to keep adding until you're happy but that's just the difference between folks I suppose. The ingredients have always been good and I be back but don't expect more than just a regular Subway. BTW-It's a small location and gets crammed at lunch, plan accordingly.

This place was gross!!! Every table was dirty . and was not anyone here, the floor had food on it .had to clean our own table with towels from the restroom!!! This will be our last time for sunday. Your stores as a whole are lacking
