Usually this SPANGLES HAS a 5 star Great food greater staff. THANK YOU! BUT. 2 star this morning.... TODAY I SENT MY DAUGHTER TO GET 2 MEALS THIS HAS To BE A DOWN DAY FOR THIS PLACE THE BURGERS WERE VERY THIN over cooked. UNLIKE I USUALLY RECIEVED (PICS)WOW 2 BUCKS EXTRA FOR 6 ONION RINGS WILL NOT ORDER THESE AGAIN AS A FRENCH FRY RRPLACEMENT (FERLD LIKE OVER CHARGE) . IT ONLY TAKES ONE TIME TO RUIN MY APPITITE TO GO BACK FOR A WHILE. SHE LET ME KNOW HER BURGER TASTE OVER COOKED SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DOUBLE VERY THIN PATTIES (TOO THIN FOR SPANGLES )(are they trying to save money cutting 1 patty into 2 patties?) As well aside they are in pics judge with your eyes . Did staff get changed since last time I was here? DAUGHTER ASKED IF TO PUT IN NUMBER FOR REWARDS ANF WAS IGNORED. And THEY would not input my number so I get the points.

I asked for ranch flavored fries, when I got them they were not properly season, I came back thru and they said ok and the me fries with less seasoning and the cup wasn't full, I said again I want the proper amount of seasoning and they gave me some dribble about large fries having less seasoning than the small but ironically they have the same amount of seasoning. Then to add insult to injury they handed me a cup of seasoning, so now I'm paying for seasoned fries and I have to season it myself, also it's not fresh enough for the powder to stick, essentially I got told to go fu¢{ myself. Now if I didn't go there for a breakfast bowl every morning on my way home from work I wouldn't ever return.

This place is a throwback to the jukebox 50's diners. If u like Winsteads u will love this place. My daughter is a huge Elvis fan at age 17 and upon stepping inside was fangirling and taking pics. Not only was the food good they had wall to wall pics of Elvis plus a statue u could be photographed with. Its a legends throwback Elvis, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe the original batman and more. U have to go there its too much to write about

I am so fed up with this spangles. The last time they didn't get my order right. I wanted a western burger. Instead I got a gourmet supreme. They mailed me a compensation ticket for a free gourmet burger...when it was suppose to be for a western burger. i hate the gourmet burger. Western burger is my favorite. And Today my husband stopped by on his way home and the one giant onion ring on my burger had dry crumbly disgusting not even cooked batter!! I wouldn't even call it an onion ring it was more like the end of the onion no ring to it at all triple dipped in batter to make the most disgusting onion ring wanna be. I tried to give it a chance that's why the burger is almost half eaten but then I had the bite where all i tasted was crumbly nasty batter no onion at all... I'm done eating from this spangles. Nothing but negative experiences.
