Painful ordering experience really takes away from the essence of subway. They use McDonald’s like touchscreen but with much laggier interface and much less customisation options and constant upselling techniques. You cannot order without using these. Not good.
New touchscreens are ridiculous. Incredibly slow and lack of customisation which was one of the great things about subway. Cannot specify how much or how little I want of vegetables and sauce which ruins my order. I will not be returning to any subway which uses these screens
