Kfc

Absolutely inconsistent with products. One taco will have hardly any lettuce, while the next will be overflowing. Also ordered the cinnabon delights (a favorite). I noticed they looked plain, as if they hadn't been tossed in the cinnamon sugar, so I asked if I could have them tossed. The cashier stated they no longer use the amount they used to due to employees using "excessive amounts", but even after showering her there was literally none, she offered no resolution, and just explained that's the new norm.

KFC.... Mmmm well. The employees were fine. But holy cow. It's way too expensive. I wanted a tender dinner without a drink. And it was 14$ after tax. I went to Bojangles and got a way better deal with a chicken tender dinner with 2 sides and a biscuit and it was 8$ and some change. And it was good food. Even the Taco bell that is attached to the KFC is too expensive. I haven't ate at a kFC in a few years and it will probably be a few more years before I do again.

Terrible night management. Manager wanted to argue with the customer when the other worker already admitted to messing up. The lady at the window was very friendly and tried to help after she made a mistake but the management was very rude and unhelpful. If the manager can’t talk to the customer without hanging up on them, and then proceed to yell at them from the back when they came in to get the order fixed maybe then the one running the window should be the manager instead. At least the one at the window understands customer service.
