I’d left a very negative review a few months ago after getting a screwed up order. I have since gone a couple of times and had a perfect experience. My order was correct, the chicken was delicious, and it was a nice treat, served by friendly staff. Can’t ask for more than that.

KFC / A&W restaurant on Federal boulevard. Denver Colorado. Excellent staff great people bilingual restaurant. double bacon BBQ. On Tuesday to head to single Papa burger combo for $5, on Wednesday they had to country fried steak for 5.99

Ate here with my family before visiting Meow Wolf. Had great service where several staff members asked if we needed anything and got us plates without hesitation when we asked. Food came out quickly and hot. The dining room was clean and I thought the bucket light was pretty cool.

I went here today at around 5pm, and Katia took my order. She was absolutely so friendly! I ordered the 12piece chicken nuggets, mashers, coleslaw and biscuit. I had to wait a lil bit but I'm sure it's because they had to make it the nuggets. When I got the good it was all super fresh even the biscuit. Food was so yummy. And I gave 5 stars because Katia was so friendly, I also watched her take other peoples orders and she went above and beyond, she treated the customers like family you don't find that too often. I hope management sees my review because Katia is management material. Thank you so much guys so all knocked it outta the park. Well done guys!! (((::

Serenity is amazing & kind, she gave me one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a LONG time! :) Fast Food is a tough job, a lot of that being “dealing with customers”. In this pandemic climate where everyone is short-staffed, it’s refreshing to have such amazing customer service knowing 9/10 customers are rude, grumpy, or even hostile.
