Starbucks

This location in particular has a great morning staff. They were all young baristas who have wonderful customer service and interpersonal experience. Very nice people. I take the time out to say this because thats not the easiest area to work. Im sure they are met with an array of characters and challenges in that particular location. But the good vibes and energy they offer to their customers did it for me. i felt better walking out of there- then i did when i walked in. good job guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this location! All 3 associates greeted me with a smile and asked several times if there was anything they could help me with. I am celiac and Kyle was so kind to help me figure out what was safe for me to order. He personally sanitized everything used to make my latte- without me even asking. He understands cross contamination. He even got ice for me out of the back to be sure it would be safe. Awesome service!!!

Good place. Nice to sit for awhile and relax when I'm downtown on my day off. I always order a drink and a breakfast sandwich. Can charge up my phone. Only thing I dislike is the homeless people allowed to sit there, charging up their phones , falling asleep. Without purchasing anything. I see that as the only thing I dislike here.

It's a Starbucks so you know the food and coffee is like but I do like this location. Its a bit small and it's always busy but the staff here is lightening fast and always really nice. For as busy as it is, it seems like they keep it clean and I'm always able to find a place to sit. The WiFi is strong here and you can't beat the 16th street mall people watching. :-) I wish they were open later thought.

I feel as though people only write reviews these days when they want to complain and be heard. I wanted to take the time and say that I love this location. I frequent here in my work routine and anytime I've had an issue I've been able to talk to management face to face and voice my concerns. The staff here is super approachable and manages the chaos of downtown denver with a friendly smile. I couldn't put myself in their shoes sometimes, I've even seen them getting yelled at and still calm. All other businesses on the mall have gone as far as to put a sign up that says not to even ask if there's a bathroom. They welcome all facets of life and know many of the homeless by name. Anyways, just wanted to leave a positive review here as I know people only know when to complain about their Starbucks experience.
