I didn’t catch the names of the three employees working tonight, but they were all awesome. Specifically the guy that made our sandwiches, and was super patient, kind, and friendly as my seven year old ordered and changed her mind 1000 times. fantastic service, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Was very very rude when we came in there was a tall guy and he saw us waiting on our food to be made and he just said I was going to go on break. The lady with green hair was a complete jerk to me and my boyfriend yelled at us in front of other people. I'm sorry but yall have lost my respect it gives yall no right to treat a customer that way.

Firstly I went there like 3 nights ago and it was GREAT. So we decided to go again tonite which is 1.06.2021 about 7pm they were out of bread. I wanted the Italian bread with the cheese on it on 3 FL Subs and they had OLD bread. I nicely declined and they said that the crew before didn't leave them any items to work with. I actually felt sorry for the two workers they seem very nice and everything. I just wished the manager or whomever would pay attention and try to help the students have the things they need. I like this location and I will go there another day but I ended up going to another Subway on Mayhill of which had EVERYTHING and all was good. I'm not bashing the store. I'm just saying they didn't have the items. It's clean, new looking, and the staff was very nice but they complained to me that the shift before didn't stock, nor cook bread and they had nothing really to work with. But maybe there are too many subways they should focus on one or two stores and stop trying to do too much they don't have enough workers. End of story. Again all on learning curve but it was not the kids fault that were working there. One girl is in High School she said she went there after class in the afternoon to help and they were behind the whole shift. They need more staff, more products, more management. Where was the MGR??? Have the Mgr get in store and make bread and don't leave staff with nothing. They were slammed with online orders, people coming in complaining about orders, and they had in store customers. So I just left went to another. They were already stressed enough. Bless their hearts. It's a good store but they need help or they need to close down for real. I wished they had told us while we waited that they had no supplies. Plus they need a person working on ONLINE ORDERS and they need two people working on people who walk in. BAD Management...Seriously.

Im not a picky person. I usually don’t complain when my order is done wrong, but this time it was probably the worst sandwich I’ve eaten! I ordered one of the easiest sandwiches and it was done very incorrectly. The sandwich comes with the chicken strips but I was given what looked like rotisserie chicken. And on top of that the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes looked old and tasted sour! Went straight to the trash. A waste of my money.

Ordered a sub off Uber Eats. The sandwich arrived and I couldn't even eat it as a sandwich, the bread was so soggy I couldn't pick it up without it completely falling apart. It probably had something to do with a hot sandwich in the same bag as a cold drink.
I've had great past experiences with this location when I was able to go to the store myself and order there.

My son and I come in on Sunday after church service, I’m always impressed with the friendly personal and the cleanliness of the establishment. Love your heated flat bread sandwiches.

Dropped by for lunch yesterday, and not a single employee wearing a mask while they breathed all over your cold cuts. Um...good luck with that. I'll pass forever on this place.

The employees don't properly wear masks, and did not want to honor the deals on the app. Can't call customer service and management won't listen to your complaints!
