The service this morning was awful. I don’t like to complain but this morning I took the time out my work day to because something needs to be done about this. I went through at that time there was only one car ahead of me and it took about 15-20 minutes tops for the food.
I asked for ketchup and 4 French vanilla. I was as specific as you can get and they only put 3 French vanilla in the bag and no ketchup in the bag and not even napkins. The tortilla was as hard as a rock. I don’t plan on coming back to this Whataburger due to such poor service.

Went there 9:45pm 5/6/22 Very Clean well run food hot and fresh. We go to plenty of Whataburgers and this was one of the cleaner and well run stores. Both Managers were very friendly. Great Experience

Left me wondering where the rest of the meat was. People were friendly. My jalapeno burger tasted good but for a $6 burger it should have had more beef.

As I’m sitting in the drive thru writing this review I am battling explosive diarrhea. It’s been 40 minutes in the drive thru and the situation is getting worse. To make matters worse I’m trapped in by other cars. 2 stars to whataburger for making me wait this long. It’s rough.

Extremely disappointed that they discontinued the jalapeno cheddar biscuits. Guess I'll find a new place for breakfast. Very bad decision on corporates part discontinuing this menu item. I believe they will notice that in their profit reports.

This used to be a very good place. Been here 4 times in 3 years.The food was good and the staff was great. BUT... I think Covid is starting to show for this place. We stopped in on Jan 1 2022 night and the restaurant look like a bomb went off inside. The floor was very dirty all the table were not clean and the soda counter was a total trainwreck. Looked behind the order counter and the kitchen looked dirty and the staff seemed lost. Got our burger order ate two bites and sent it back because of undercooked burger. I understand places are understaffed and it was a holiday weekend. But I think this is going to be the end to Whataburger. To the manager and staff. Hope you can get it together and if you got to close for a day to clean I would probably do so. I'll be back again in a month or two to see if it's better. Good luck.

The only reason I didn’t give this location 1 star is because they’re usually quick with service. But it seems like EVERYTIME I go here the quality of the food steadily declines. I went there tonight 1/19/2022) and got home and the food was cold and everything tasted off. I only live 5 mins down the road so there’s no way it can get cold. And the lemon pie I ordered tasted like the cardboard it was in.

Waited for 30 minutes only to get home to find the order was 100% WRONG. Called and manager told us to come get new food.
Short drive for correct order yields another 30+ minute wait only to find out they forgot we were outside waiting… avoid this place at all costs.
