Ihop

The customer service we got was awesome! Wish I had gotten the guy's name! He was host, waiter, cook's helper and cashier! As with lots of establishments these days, not enough help and this guy went above and beyond! The food and drinks were good and fresh. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We'll be back!

Awesome service and great food! We are traveling across country and stopped here to eat. Wonderful host/server/cashier, all by himself in a nearly empty restaurant at 5pm. He treated us like kings and Queens. Best coffee and food we've had so far on this very long and tiring trip. Now we can drive another 4 hours! IHOP, give that young man and the cook a nice bonus! They earned it!

Was seated and waited 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement from a server. Finally left for another restaurant. While there see someone who we also saw at iHop and we simultaneously asked each other "you didn't get served either?" This is not the first time. Management needs to get their act together if they want to remain open.

Hands down the worst service ever. The only reason for one star is because the food was good (not great) but the service was absolutely horrible. Apparently they were short staffed which isn't a surprise but not an excuse for the poor work ethic. My party asked for silverware and napkins several times before getting them, coffee several times, ketchup, salsa, cholula etc and had to repeatedly ask for these condiments until we finally got ketchup but still NO salsa or cholula. Finally food started coming out in increments, oh and "here's some salsa" the waitress said so i poured a little on my omelet and to my surprise it was marinara sauce ugh!!! Half the table got part of their meals (No hashbrows which we had to ask for repeatedly) finally got our "hashbrowns" which were a small square the size of a mcdonalds hash brown. Pathetic. Short staffed or not, it isn't rocket science to be a good server and try to keep your customers happy.
