By far one of the most authentic ramen I have had in the states, I have gone to California and tried a few famous spots out there and no one has gotten close. You get the same atmosphere you do in Japan, small computer order and bar style dine-in. Super Delicious and A+++ rating

Update: Both me and my husband got the worst food poisoning ever and spent the whole night into the morning constantly vomiting. This was the only place we ate from. Not sure if it was the takoyaki or one of the ingredients from the ramen, but I am still sick as I type this. Originally I wrote that this was the best Ramen I've had. Now I would not recommend this place due to health concerns.

This is some of the most authentic ramen in south Florida. Seriously amazing through and through, the broth, noodles, meat, egg, and toppings are all perfection. They have other dishes too like okonomyaki which is phenomenal. This is a must visit if you’re looking for exceptional ramen or Japanese food.

For the best Ramen this side of the Pacific Ocean that is like eating in Japan, be sure to stop in for Hiro's amazing ramen dishes. If you're really up for a break the bank experience, try the Wagyu Ramen. I had the pork belly, super-delicious, super-fresh. Be sure to plan right, only 6 seats at the counter. Absolutely worth the wait.

I highly recommend if you want authentic Japanese ramen, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU GO. This man has put his life into cooking and sharing with the community. It's always a real treat to watch him create his dishes in front of you. Its hands down the best ramen I've had. The broth is flavorful and meats are tender. Vegan options are available and he is more than happy to make it how you would like. Go here and I can honestly say I thinknyoull love it. Thank you Hiro for all your hard work and dedication to making such wonderful food. We will always stop in for a bowl of ramen!🍜🥘🔥🏃‍♀️💨

Legit Ramen (like a little LES NYC in Delray Beach). No fuss, no pretense seeping from its neighbors, and none needed. It is straight up about the quality of ingredients and the traditional methods of fine Ramen. Not a Delray Beach same old same old, you’ll be lucky if you even get a chair to sit on (because there are barely any to begin with), and sometimes a plastic fold out table will have to do, if not you stand. IYKYK - The best of Delray’s Pineapple Grove is found in the true grit of no nonsense cuisine. A real foodies (Anthony Bourdain style) paradise.

This is the best ramen place EVER. I’ve had ramen in a bunch of different places around Florida and in Boston and nothing has come anywhere close to being this good!!!! Not just the ramen but all the appetizers and dessert too! Everything has always been 10/10 I come as often as I can, it’s not that cheap, but the price is very justified, this place is way better than all the other ramen shops in the area! The man who makes the ramen is awesome too! He’s so nice and even put a flower in my ramen once as a nice decoration :)

A quaint hole in the wall ramen bar. Spent on average $15-25 for the meal. Unlike other places, the broths and ramen noodles are made in house. I personally recommend the shoyu or tonkotsu as your broth base.
