Burger King

At this Burger King in this location it improved. They have a manager that's in there and the food quality came out a lot better than I've tasted in a while. I was able to enjoy my food very much the restaurants clean stuff is friendly again I'm very happy for that and they were quick to serve you. And the food temperature was cooked very well I was very impressed with this Burger King at this location. I would recommend this Burger King

We were driving through the city and needed some impossible burgers ASAP. Lol The girls who worked a shift around 1:30pm on 5/21/22 were great! Poor things had to deal with a long line @ drive thru AND handle the front counter. There was a wait, yes BUT my fries were hot and fresh, the soda wasn't watered down at all , and they were very nice. All I could remember was when I worked fast food and how people don't realize how stressful it can be. But they kept it going. Kudos to them!

This is the second time this month I’ve visited BK in Deland and both times were atrocious. I waited in the drive thru 36 mins. It took 7 mins to even get a response on the speaker to order! I would’ve pulled around but I was held hostage in the line by other cars. Just as the line moved…One of the female staff members popped out the back door to smoke (skunk smelling substance)🤨 and yell about her frustrations- citing the big order they received that set them back. I’m not confrontational or impolite. I don’t think addressing staff as a patron is appropriate since I’m not their direct supervisor. I guess this is another knuckle-headed confirmation that fast food is bad and I shouldn’t be spending money on places that suck so bad!!! Seriously? Gas prices do not permit this level of inconsiderate incompetence! Ugh 😑

If I could give this establishment a 0 I definitely would! I walked into this place today and the man working took 10-15 minutes to even acknowledge me! I then proceeded to order a number 10, well done and a number 1, light mayo and cut in half. There was a special going on too if you order a whopper meal you get a meal for $1. I ordered the chicken fries meal too. He says it's $25.65 or something like that. And I'm like isn't that one supposed to be a dollar? He was too busy complaining to the one cooking to even acknowledge me talking to him! Not to mention he was running the cash register, going and bagging food, then he would run the register again, and did this at least 3 times. I finally told him to forget the chicken fries meal. The people that were waiting when I walked in said they were going to the other side of town to where they knew they'd get service! I probably should've done that too! I probably would've gotten someone that wasn't so dirty and didn't continue to handle money then my food!! I'll never go back to this nasty place! Giving these times, during the pandemic, I'm surprised they're still open!

Order a Whopper the bread was soggy ,the fries were cold and stale. got a medium Coke that was flat couldn't even drink it. couldn't finish the Whopper the mayonnaise taste sour. my buddy ordered a large meal they gave him a medium fry instead of a large, also he ordered a milkshake they said the milk machine was down after he already paid for that milkshake. offered him a pie as a substitute but didn't split the price between the pie and a large milkshake. Above all terrible service.
