By the time I got home and opened up my purchase, 2 miles away, the burgers looked like they were sitting under the heat lamp forever! Threw the entir purchase , 1/4 pounder and big mac in the trash! I even completed the survey they sent me and never received any response!

Not bad, not great,
it's Micky D's! It seems quiet, wasn't a bunch of kids trying to play grown up. I'm sure we've all experience that at one time or another. Smelled and looked clean so they're doing good in my book.

The service is always fast and as many times as I've been, I don't think there's been one time my order was incorrect. The staff is always friendly and I LOVE the benefits of the McDonald's App! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Each time I've gone to this location I get poor service and employees seem to be generally annoyed. My order was wrong and I was overcharged again.

Dan is the MAN! I had a few questions and felt so bad because they was busy but he helped me with everything I asked and still got the food out while helping run food. I know it's team work but I worked for McDonald's as a crew trainer for 2 years and he is just awesome. I don't know if he is a manager or a shift lead but either way he is the reason this will be the only McDonald's I go in in my area

I do not typically write reviews but today’s experience was horrible. Employees are typically miserable at this location(north deland on international). My order was completely wrong, didn’t realize until I made it home so I called and figured they would take ownership and just fix it, but instead they were rude and told me I was wrong! Hopefully people will read this and support local like I will be doing going forward. This chain is too big and they can do what they please because they’re a staple and not going anywhere. But horrible customer service doesn’t get rewarded by my family I don’t care how cheap and convenient you are!!!! Never again!!!

When you are supposed to be open at 6am, be open and ready to serve customers at 6am. I called at 6:04am waiting 3rd in line in the drive thru and was told by the person who answered the phone they weren't open yet. Need better management. But it is McDonald's so you expect poor management skills.

Ordered a Happy Meal but with a medium drink thru drive thru. Cashier said no problem. When I received the drink it was a small. I told the person at the window that I ordered a medium. She went to ask another worker who directed her to put ice in a medium cup and just pour the small drink into the medium. It filled it up. I said that was wrong. The second employee said take this or a small. Very disrespectful attitude. I told him I would remember this and he said fine. I left.
