Wendy's

I remember "where's the beef" and the big delicious and juicy burgers so full of flavor. Now they are just dried up over cooked burgers that you have to work at eating. I try them every once in a while hoping to get that old Wendy's burger. So Disappointing. Still better than many other chain restaurant's.

Went to the drive thru on Friday at 11pm, ordered the $5 Biggie Bag, got home (abt 3 mi) food was ice cold, like it was in the fridge, food was not freshly made, had been sitting out, hamburger patties were cold too but burnt, like cardboard, was not as ordered and was inedible, fries were cold & only half full, cooking chicken nuggets cold & mushy, ordered drink with no ice, was chock full of ice. Worst drive thru experience of my life.

Me and my fiance went here at 10 pm tonight and when sitting waiting on food hear them say how something was dropped on the ground let that go because we were told they mad a new one as we pull out I look in mys salad bag and there is 🐜 in it so we turn around and take the food back say we want our money back and the post manager going to tell us it's just piss ants smh never again they need to be closed

Will never come back to this location. The front clerk (Dawn) was busy chewing her gum while taking orders, not very appetizing. She walked into the dining room and complained that the back cooks didn't know what they were doing. Not very professional, then again it is fast food. Fries were old and cold. Replaced them up front, Dawn tells me in front of another customer that they need to replace the grease. Good to know. The unsweet tea had a hint of strawberry to it, rather gross. The S'awsome sauce looked old, probably due to its location next to the fryer, didn't eat it because it had a weird off color to it as the product contains egg yolks and heating this frequently can't be good. Dave would not be happy with this location, not one bit. Not surprised why no one was in here at 5pm. Place was not clean. EDIT: Called corporate that day who assured me that the District Mgr would call, so far they hadn't called back regarding the incident. This is not Dave Thomas' Wendy's anymore. It's apparent that everything trickles down, mgmt doesn't care about the customer so why should you expect the employees to care either. I.E. gum chewing Dawn.

I've been to this Wendy's a few time. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo. Sure enough mayo was on the sandwich. I wiped it off no big deal. Sandwich was barely warm. I ordered a medium fry and drink. They gave me a large drink and a small fry in a medium container. Not impressed with this particular location.
