The place is relatively clean but the staff has always messed up my order or they make orange chicken without the sauce or the rice is cold. Kinda sad. Honestly make your own Chinese food because it will be more consistent than this place. It's a shame too because I've tried other panda expresses and this is the only location I've had trouble at. Since the bad experience I will not return.

Went there today at 9:40 am and was served by Megan. She was great very nice and professional and the food was outstanding. Best Panda I’ve been to in a long time couldn’t have asked for better food. Will definitely come back soon!

Unprofessional and careless
When I asked them shouldn't they open at 9:30am, they said "they open when they're done cooking". Never heard that before. Than they said 5 more minutes, I was served 15 minutes later... Also plate portion is smaller here than in other places, but for a price of full. Funny people. They might use more help, maybe it is too much work for 2 girls. Still they are unprofessional and careless, and they are not serving full orders. .

Probably the worst panda express I have been to. Ordered a bowl and did not get nearly enough to fill it. Upon looking at my receipt they charged me for a plate instead. Didn't bother going back in to get my money back because service was rude from the beginning.

Rude service. Hair was in the food. When they remade the bowl, despite having the correct order in front of them, they remade it with the wrong food.... it didn't even look the same. Then the snot at the counter looked right at me and ignored me when I was trying to get the order corrected.

Service was terrible. Terrible will be a small word to describe the experience. They didn't give free entree inspite of providing free entree coupon. They are making there own rule which isn't mentioned in panda express website. The service people were not at all welcoming. On inquiring for food, they were not responsive and heavily disrespectful. Sycamore location is way better than this. Moreover, they close the shop atleast 30mins before the actual closing time.
