Cafe Nero

Stopped in for a mid afternoon snack and beverage. Got a delish, flaky, healthy croissant that was perfection; and an iced coffee with almond milk that was delicious! Friend got a cold brew with oat milk that she also enjoyed! Love the atmosphere, lots of little cozy cubby areas. The music was fabulous as well. Really loved this place. I highly recommend it.

I've decided to leave a review for the crew that was working around 10am on the March 4th because I saw a customer who was complaining about the way manager talked and this customer tried to get her name for the review. I was there when the manager told this customer that the line starts from the other side and it wasn't rude at all. In fact, she was the manager of this location and the other crews were far from being rude. They were being supportive with each other while providing the most efficient service during the peak time. Criticism is good when needed but I thought it would be unfair if no one mentioned about their hard work and great service. And I'm usually not crazy about Caffe Nero espresso beverages in general because they're usually over roasted but the flat white I had today was so nutty and creamy. I would come back to this location again for that flat white. Thank you for all your service!

This was my first time at Caffe Nero, so honestly I purchased a tall/small cappuccino not sure how it would be. I only wished I had ordered the largest coffee size. Truly this was the finest cup of coffee I have had since visiting Costa Rica. It was smooth and delicious just the way a coffee should be. I only wish there were a Caffe Nero me. What a delightful find.

The ambiance is dimly lit with endless rows of books and amazing smell of coffee. You’ll automatically get the feeling of a cozy place as soon as you enter in. The staff is the most helpful and courteous one I have met, always with a cheerful smile! The only complaint I have is they have very limited vegetarian options on the menu, but otherwise this one is an amazing cafe.
