Great biscit's made from scratch daily fair price if you use coupons. Friendly service compared to the Hartselle store

Rude lady on phone, called and asked for my sausage biscuit after leaving the drive thru and realizing I didn’t have it. It was a minute or two after 11 and they would not give me my money back or another biscuit for free. She said that since it was after 11 there was nothing she was willing to do about it. When I tried to ask another question, she hung up on me. Horrible customer service and very rude staff.

Staff is friendly, but check your order before you leave. Missing several of our items, biscuit and gravy didn't have enough gravy in the bowl to even cover half of the biscuit. Ended up making a jelly biscuit with it. Definitely not worth the $30 I spent for breakfast.

The lovely oh so cheerful and so courteous lady at the drive thru told me the FUNNIEST thing I ever heard.
4 Steak Biscuits + 1 Small Hashround = $19.02
If that ain't a joke I don't know what is. I hope they went ahead and made them so they had to throw it away. Hardee's will never last with such nice and cheerful customer service and prices like that.

I usually go here for good burgers, cooked to order.
This day I got sour buns, thankfully no mold. But definitely in the near future. Bread was stale, cold and crumbled. Fries had been cooked twice...you know, just to heat them up. Some where ok, others were tolerable.

Went at 11am for lunch. The staff decided to give breakfast items, even though we clearly ordered lunch from the lunch menu they put up. Wrong food, rushed service, maybe some learning disabilities involved.
Food was cooked good at least though, the homeless enjoyed it. As someone whose worked fast food this is all due to laziness, or reading disabilities.
