Kfc

Man, i just went thru kfc and got 2 chicken littles with no pickles and a large water. They charged me $2.29 for the water and labeled it sweet tea and they also put 3 pickles on each little, when i asked for no pickles. Then i tried to call the number back on the receipt and an answering machine comes on and says they do not take incoming calls. Think about that!! Your in an industry to serve customers but if you mess up an order the customer can't even call you back and let you know what happened. I would say there's a real good chance that they have the wrong regional manager overseeing that store. To me whenever your in the service industry you have to make yourself available to the customer.

Went through the drive thru on my way to work on 4/22/22 @ approximately 10:15pm. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich, a lg side of green beans and a lg side of mashed potatoes. The green beans were lukewarm, potatoes hard like they had been sitting most of the day and I DIDNT EVEN GET MY CHICKEN SANDWICH 😡😡. Got to work and attempted to call them several times, and they NEVER answered their phone. Will be sending Corp an email within the hour😡😡

Vegetarian: I liked the beyond nuggets. I'd seen some reviews saying they weren't great but they actually weren't bad. The texture of the protein is definitely different. More like a well pressed tofu than a faux chicken but with the KFC breading and KFC sauce I was surprised him much I enjoyed them The fries are actually good too. I didn't know they even had fries, but since I don't eat meat, I've also never had a reason to go there until now. The sweet lightning mountain dew is also good, coming from a dew hater.
