Thoroughly enjoyable visit - 5/12/19 afternoon. Beautifully warm, well decorated clean and tidy authentic dining experience at a reasonable price. We came in on a quiet Thursday afternoon and were spoilt rotten by the incredibly attentive and kind hostess. We came in with a fussy three month old baby and were worried he would disturb the lovely atmosphere. As soon as he got slightly grumpy the hostess offered to comfort the baby so we could eat our appetizers, incredibly kind and welcoming people run this restaurant, and we will return on this merit alone. The food was incredibly fresh and tasty, with good sized portions. The charcoal cooking method pays off, every piece of lamb and sausage we ordered was delicious. Price wise, its on the slightly higher end of the casual dining scale but its worth it. The soft drinks were refreshingly cheaper than expected at £2 for a coke. All in all the food was good enough to make us plan a return visit but the service is what will make the Mosaic Grill one of our new favourites. Cannot wait to eat there again!

5 stars all round! We love this place. Every time we dine at Mosaic Grill we are greeted with a lovely smile. There's a wide selection of traditional foods as well as Turkish foods, I have the chicken casserole which comes on a hotplate which keeps you food lovely and hot. We've been travelling to Turkey for 12 years and the food is absolutely on the money at Mosaic. Portion sizes are generous and this is very good value for money. Booking a table is easy and I would recommend this as it is a very popular restaurant, mid week is quieter. The atmosphere and decor is perfect. In all its a fantastic experience with exceptional customer service. Alot of our friends and family eat here also. Well done #teammosaicgrill

Understandably number 1 restaurant in Daventry, although it doesn't have a great deal of competition. That being said, we've been trying to get a table here since it opened! We popped in today on the off chance around 3.30pm, hoping we'd catch the after lunch lull, and we certainly did that: we had the restaurant to ourselves. Starters were good, dips were lovely and the pitta bread was hot. We both went for the same main: lamb shish. The meat was perfectly cooked, with a tinge of pink and good flavour. Nice salads, mixed rice and bulgar wheat - more pomegranate seeds please because I'm greedy and love them. With a bottle of beer and a sparkling water, our bill came to a reasonable £42 because there was no way I could fit in a desert. The only cons were the background music could have been a bit quieter, but no doubt it's not so noticeable when the restaurant is full. Oh.. any chance of a kleftiko dish on the menu? Sometimes you just fancy a lamb shank!

Happened to be in Daventry around lunch time and was looking for some hearty meal. Mosaic turned to be the perfect place for me, at that moment. Classic Turkish dishes, cooked by Turkish and served by Turkish - a truly authentic place. Tried some starters and had the lamb shish for main. Baklawa and Turkish coffee for dessert, while Turkish music played loudly in the background. Isteclal square in Daventry

Some say the food is "adequate" or imply "ok" perhaps I'm not a connoisseur of Turkish food but I've felt in my three trips to the Mosaic Grill that the food has been amazing, but a restaurant is a sum of all of its parts not just the food. The staff is amazingly friendly, great service, fast food prep and fabulous Baklava. Sure there is a table which isn't the best in the world (the one near the door) but we are talking about a small establishment on the high street; however this is easily overcome by all of the above. So sit back enjoy the atmosphere and allow yourself to enjoy the experience.
