I actually booked the wrong restaurant so I wasn't expecting too much but the menu looked interesting so we stayed. However the meals were so disappointing!! $44 for the lamb which was so dry, tastless and not fresh, and $32 for the smoked salmon salad with a lot of lettuce and a few salmon. Seriously over priced. The staff were all very professional and accommodating.

I've visited The Vue restaurant on 2/1/22 in the night with family. Me and my husband ordered Chinese cuisine and kids meal for chidren.I have to say your food except kids meal were terrible!! I ordered Kungpao chicken, the chicken tasted old and tough (not chicken breadt) with dead salty sauce, and it costed $34! This wasn't my first time to visit you but it was been a while ago, at that time was with amazing food here! I was so disappointed. Do you really care about your business??? Neighbors tables ordered steaks and still got heaps remaining in their plates.

Went there tonight and wasn’t very impressed. Fish was over cooked and rubbery, you needed a steak knife to cut it! Pork cutlet was very bland. Service was below par. The cocktails were nice but having spent $168 and the best part was the cocktails is bad. We wont be recommending this place for dining.

One of the waiters brought out our food and carelessly threw the plates on our the table and left without a care. The restaurant was quiet so really wasn’t sure why she was in a rush. When we asked her about one of the dishes on the menu she rudely rolled her eyes and said ‘it’s just ….’ and gave no explanation but simply repeated the name of the menu item. Disappointed with the lack of common courtesy. The food was nice although wouldn’t say the service brought me much ‘Joy’…

Would give this place a zero if i could. Waited an hour for our meals with terrible service from staff in regards to drinks had to ask multiple times to bring out drinks which were then not even what we had asked for. Steaks tasted like they were defrosted in the microwave and heated up with one of them being half frozen & tough as nails.. Wasnt busy and was very dissapointing when it come to the bill i let them know & management didnt care at all. Wont be back at all overpriced & absolutely terrible

I popped in at 6 pm in a desperate need of a coffee after a rather rocky tour of the Botanic gardens. I'm a tourist and I was completely lost and tired. The lovely waiter Dominic allowed me to stay in the outdoor dining area, and we had a lovely conversation. I had the pistacchio and berries tart and a cappuccino: they're both delicious! I'll come back here for dinner. Thanks Dominic 😌

Got to try Vue's new ala carte menu today. All the menu items were overpriced, chicken burger was $24 and Wagyu burger was $26. Bit overpriced for some average tasting burgers. Customer service wasn't good either, our table couldn't get waitress/waiter to serve us, we were constantly searching for them.
