Voodoo Cafe

Was actually weirdly put off by a bad smell a few years back so never visited. Finally gave it a go for restaurant week and was blown away. Delicious, really excellent Mexican food. Think maybe some dishes a little expensive for full price but the value was great this week. One thing the owners should consider as other reviews have mentioned and also my parents have said they've never gone in because it always looks empty. You need to make it clearer your restaurant is upstairs. People are avoiding as they think it's always empty!!

Wow what a fantastic meal we've just had here. The drinks are morish, the best choice in town by far and the young chef has the flavours of the food on point, really a fantastic meal, there's still a party in our mouths. The big fajitas are a show stopper and worth every penny. Les and Kendra have in our opinion the best place in town.

Have been visiting Voodoo for many years now whenever I am in Darlington and it never disappoints. The menu has a lot to choose from and the food is always cooked perfectly and is packed full of flavour. The bar area downstairs has a great atmosphere with an extensive range of drinks - you will probably end up spending the rest of your night here! The staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! Also if you have any allergies or dietary preferences the staff always go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. Has been my favourite place in Darlington for many years now. Highly recommend.
