ABSOLUTELY AWFUL STORE. (Update 12/05/22 Male bathroom still locked) McDonald's solution to fix a broken amenties after weeks is to simply lock the door. BP workers have complained. No result. I've mentioned it to Chantel at Hq. No result. Just lock the door and hide the problem ( to improve the store experience ) according to Joanne Potts. Service here is attrocious and you will have a guaranteed wait of atleast 10 minutes. But that's only if they don't totally ignore you for 5 minutes when coming in. The staff here really do lack basic customer service skills or simply don't care. Nothing will change!

Friendly service most of the time and quick with orders, but I get free egg shell in the muffin almost everytime I get the bacon and egg muffin in the mornings. I understand that it's made in a rush to serve drive through but please pay enough attention not to drop egg shells with whatever meal. Thanks!

Worst mcdonalds i personally been to, took 20 mins for mcspicy burger and then when asked about it staff talking with attitude and says patty takes 8 mins to fry, first ever excuse heard from maccas and yet it took them 20 mins for a patty that can be fried in 8 mins. And also the attitude of staff was just a headache

If you want to ruin your own day definitely come here. Everytime I have ordered McDonald’s it has been incorrect missing items or the food given to me is just questionable. Ordered nuggets and they came with random pieces of other stuff and the nuggets itself were not even edible. Hygiene doesn’t exist at this store. Do not order from this maccas on uber eats door dash or Menulog you’ll end up disappointed. Just appalling.
