I would classify myself as a regular (visiting sick relative in hospital) and let me say that their coffees are amazing! The food is always beautifully presented and looks really good to eat (especially the schnitzel wraps - yum my favourite!). The customer service has always been great when I go in, never had an issue with the lovely blonde ladies and the coffee guy, always soo nice and helpful (especially with my son).

Ordering a cappuccino watching the kitchen prepare food, when the chef tastes test the food with NO gloves, NO washing of hands after putting food in his mouth 🤢 then continues to chew his food over the pot with NO mask 😱 Seriously with the events of COVID you would think there would be more a hygienic approach to the food you are preparing! Will not be eating anything from this cafe and warning others! Need to re-educate your workers🤮

2 of the most rude and unprofessional old blonde haired ladies I've ever had the displeasure to deal with!!! Wouldnt or couldn't be bothered giving proper customer service, were more interested in chatting to themselves and letting out the f bomb quite a few times!!! They either need to be relieved of their duties or given customer service lessons!!! A real shame as the Hispital and its staff are fantastic and they are bringing it down!!!

The food was expensive and tasteless. The two staff members were having arguments about how to heat the food. Hospital staff walked in and were going to be served before me until I reminded them they hadn't taken my order yet. The staff have no people skills and it felt like walking into a funeral parlour. I won't be going back.
