Came to Starbucks this morning and set up my computer since I had an hour to kill. Staff here is amazing. It’s the morning rush and customers are coming and going. The staff knows half of the customers by name as they walk in and are laughing and having a great time.

I was a Starbucks virgin, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable, they explained the different types of pleasures they offer and I left with the “ultimate experience” from one employee who said she’d let me taste her favorite. I’ll definitely be back to this location for more experiences

I went with my daughter and granddaughter to get drinks. I thought my daughter was going to go to a location that had a drivethru, instead, she went to a local location that you have to go into the shop. I didn't bring a mask, so was going to wait outside. The nice young man inside asked if I needed a mask, and gave me one so I could go inside and place my order. The other barrista was just as nice, as she took our order.

This location is very busy but that did not negatively impactthe speed and quality of the service. In fact I was surprised at how quickly my order was available. The only factor where they have some room to grow is staying on top of clearing and cleaning tables after customers leave. Tables are hard to come by and I had to clean mine myself which is not a big deal for me but may be for other customers
