Love jks!! Been going here since I was a kid. Any meal breakfast lunch or dinner they don't disappoint. Since the pandemic they have been opening at 10, I do wish they would start opening at 6 again, I used to be there right when they opened for breakfast. 👍👍👍

Haven't been there in over 10years. The food was good, not a long wait as I was taking my food out. The staff was very friendly. They don't have waitresses so if you are dining in expect to help yourself.

An average diner. They do not have table service at this time. The place was exceptionally clean and uncluttered. The wait time was reasonable.

Such a local staple. Do yourself a favor and grab a cheese steak with everything. We live across the country now but grew up going to JKs. Every time we come "home" we make it a point to stop at JKs.

The Smile says it all, I was extremely satisfied, I order Small Fries & 2 Hot Dogs, 1 with Chili and the other with Chili, Bacon, & Coleslaw both exceeded my expectations, I definitely recommend this Restaurant.

Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and a vanilla milkshake. Both were equally delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town.

Went specifically for the weiners based on reviews. It is diner style and cash only. Waitress was prompt and friendly.
Weiners were disappointingly small. I ordered mine with the chili/bean topping, cheese and saurkraut with a large curly fries as a side. The large diet soda was not large - typical diner style glass and a ripoff if based upon cost versus quantity. Never order a fizzy soda at any diner because they come flat you pay $2 or more for the pleasure. If there is ice in the glass, you get what amounts to a few sips. This is not a slight on JK but to diners in general.
The 2 dogs came buried under a mountain of saurkraut, not something you can eat with your hands. With all the toppings and the quantity of saurkraut, I could not really get the essence of the weiner itself. I could make out a little bit of spice from the dog and occasionally a hint of the cheese but the saurkraut kind of dominated.
The large curly fries for about 6 bucks were appropriately portioned and ok.
Perhaps next time, I'll try some of the other offerings but that to me is like ordering the fish at a steak restaurant.
I would give a 4 star review if the weiners were a little longer and plumper. I've had better hot dogs from other hot dog places though.
