7-eleven

I went to this 7-11 last night 1-09 to pick up a pack of cigarettes and changed my mind on which brand I wanted to purchase. I was then talked down to by the clerk for daring to change my mind and called stupid multiple times because he was “busy” (there was only one person behind me). I’ve also encountered locked doors after midnight multiple times, with employee’s on phones, while advertising 24 hour service, which has been mentioned by others in multiple other reviews. Word to the wise, just avoid going to 7-11 at all costs in the Dallas area.

Why is the overnight shift on 11/28/2021 (very early hours of the morning0 keeping the doors locked? He just stares at you when you try to open the door. Then when you get him to respond to you all he does is yell that he is going to call the cops on you if you don't leave. Refused to say why he was closed. After reading the reviews for this store, this is apparently a problem that corporate refuses to resolve. Edit: The store owner requested that I make a review on their 7-11 customer support site. I did. They sent two emails after that. The first was a response saying the case would be reviewed and I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. The second, which came within minutes of the first, was to say the case was closed, with their response field completely blank. They just shoveled it under the rug. This store is covering up their mistreatment of their customers.
