Subway

I just left here tonight! This is my 3rd interaction with Anna. Horrible service. Your closing is 9pm not 8:30. She didn't want to make my sandwiches and spoke in Spanish (which I understood) calling all types of racial slurs. When I asked her to get someone else she threw down my sandwich and walked away. I will be taking this all the way up the chain of command if something is not done about this. When the Hispanic couple came in behind me she greeted them with a smile and made sure she made thier food with no hesitation.

This is the second time I’ve driven up here and they are closed early. It clearly states the closing time on the door and this time in particular I was outside and wanted to walk in and there was a staff member sitting inside eating but already had the doors locked. Once she saw me she went in the back and hid. Will not be wasting my time here again.

Sign says for everyone to wear a face mask however one of the staff had their mask pulled down under her chin the whole time she was preparing our order. Also, there were only two staff working and we had to repeat our order 4 time because they were having a conversation and not paying attention to what we were saying. Do not recommend this Subway.

Bad experience at this location. I walked in and the lady went inside the kitchen and never came out. I had to say hello. I asked for a turkey sandwhich and the lady put tuna in it. I cannot eat that because I breastfeed. The lady took it off and put the turkey instead but was still tuna inside. While she’s doing my sisters sandwhich she’s cleaning the trash. Who does that??? Plus she gave no receipt. I wish manager looks at the camera. She had this rude attitude. They need to show her give great customer service. Never coming back here.
