Waffle House

I always go here probably every week. I came they would not take my to go order. So I sat down the girl was so rude. And I told the manager who didn't care. He is actually the district manager his name is James. Other person came over. He also is a manager I think. He said if you think your going to order something and leave your not. Can you please explain how. If I order food and ask for a To go box how your doing any extra work. I will be the one boxing my order up. Please explain that to me please. I am more mad that I am a regular who eats there alot don't act like that.

Showed up at 6:15 to grab dinner at this location, 3 people were sitting eating inside (she was taking their orders) and was told they’re only taking to-go orders. When I asked what time they stopped taking dine-in, she said “I dunno, right now”. Waitress was very snippy and has no clue what good customer service is. WH has lost a family of customers for good.

Alright look I am always down for some waitress waffle house drama BUT the way today's waitress and cooks were treating the other waitress infront of customers was not professional or appropriate, and if your going to close off a section for an understaffed issues I get it but then to turn around and have enough waiters to the point you only give one waitress A table is unfair to her, because the one waitress sure wasn't going to give up her sections tables or share. Do better. Or have the ability to not be a toxic environment especially right here at Christmas and I know if they were treating her that way now, then they do it all the time.
