Taco Bell

I've been to this location about 15 times in the past year and they've almost always gotten my order correct. The employees I've interacted with here have been fine and have gotten the food ready in a reasonable amount of time. Even though there have been a few minor mistakes (forgetting to remove onions from my burrito, for example), overall it's a pretty good Taco Bell. For the price and service, I gave it 5 stars.

Whoever the new black lady is there needs to be fired. She’s very unprofessional and very rude. I was waiting on a order and just the way she spoke to customers was just sad. A woman came in to pic her order up, and they forgot to give her a cup. She patiently waited at the counter for a while, and the employee never acknowledged her. The lady finally said excuse me and the worker actually said “what” to her very rudely. A group of guys came in to order and for whatever reason she assumed they all wanted the same exact meal. She didn’t wait for them to say what they wanted. Every time they came to the register to place their order she acted as if she was annoyed. I just understand why ppl chose these positions if they don’t want to engage with the customers.

I haven't came to this Taco Bell in a while since there's one closer to my house but I was in town and decided to stop by. we ordered four tacos, there was barely no meat in the three dorito del tacos at all! I told them no lettuce they put lettuce and it didn't come with any tomatoes or sour cream! They also messed up on my nachos. I said no beef, they put beef instead of beans. The employees looked lost and unprofessional. They barely said a word! My boyfriend and I are upset with the order. We would like a refund or coupon for the inconvenience! P.S I tried calling the location but of course the phone is off the hook!

Taco bell 9 TIMES OUT OF 10, gets your order wrong if you order it through a delivery app. It almost seems intentional. This most recent time, the beefy 5 layer burrito, had the contents of a regular soft taco inside of it...and somewhere towards the end of it, I started tasting corn tortilla...that through me off and had me lose my appetite

Taco bell food is good but we will not go back from here anymore.The guy that does the checkout is very rude,arrogant. Taco bell I hope you train tour employees well. That guy in drive thru stated at us for 10secs when we asked for additional sauce. We felt threatened and scared the way he looked at us. It's very traumatic.

The lady yelled at me because I ordered Dr. Pepper. Girl, I don’t work there, how am I supposed to know this location doesn’t have it? Maybe list the drinks on the board, and I won’t dare order something you don’t have. Also, when a customer asks what you do have, maybe give them the actual list instead of rudely saying Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and Tea. I know you have Root Beer. I can waste money anywhere, I don’t need to waste it here.
