Burger King

I visit this location often, every single time I order the double bacon cheese burger I want it with no mustard. I have gone inside to talk with the manager the last time I went in there to tell them that 80% of the time it either has mustard on it or it is missing something else that's supposed to be on there, one time they forgot the burger...I want the management to know how abismal the attention to detail is when it comes to preparing orders. It is as simple as someone asking the cook, hey did that have no mustard on it? Obviously it does not happen and someone should be holding staff accountable. Terrible service.

This Burger King is the best BK I have EVER been to! The food is always hot, the staff are friendly and serve with a great attitude, even when they are short staffed! I don't mind waiting for my food because it's like hanging out with friends. The store is clean and the drive-thu area is neat and tidy. Other locations will give me grief about coupons and will only give me 1 sauce packet for my entire order, which includes meals for the three people in my car! However, at this location, when the lady at the window heard that the Zesty sauce was my all time favorite sauce, she gave me 6! My sister and I shared them and oooooh it was So good! This BK will always have my business. Thank you for repeated great service! Please pass on the kudos to your staff!

Despite the lengthy wait for a staff member to see me at the counter, the woman who helped me was quite friendly. Unfortunately, the bacon cheeseburgers were cold and flavorless. The fries are good and hot. I would have rather left this feedback via the code in the receipt, but I wasn't offered one, and the staff weren't visible

Ordered a whopper with no cheese, no onions, no pickles; a double whopper with no cheese, extra onions and extra pickles; with two large onion rings. When we opened the bag at home we had a whopper with cheese, pickles and onions; a whopper with no cheese, pickles and onions; and two large onion rings. At least they got the onion rings correct. I was not going to drive 13min back to their store to have them correct the order. If there is a next time, I will ask them to show me the burgers before they wrap them.
