Chicken Salad Chick

This has become my new favorite lunch spot! My daughter (College Age) introduced this place to me and it is such a cute little restaurant and the food is super tasty. I've been a few times now and each time I have tried something different. All have been wonderful! Friendly staff, food comes out super fast, super fresh and prices are fair for what you get. Sandwiches are pretty thick and very filling! I highly recommend!

The chicken salad, pasta salad and mac n cheese did not taste completely fresh. One sandwich was ordered with tomato and lettuce and the other plain. The plain one had double the amount of chicken salad on it which was very strange since it was the same sandwich. All in all it could have been great but it really wasn't. Keep higher standards with quality control and portion control and we will come back. Edit: I raised the rating from 2 to 4 stars due to their team reaching out on behalf of customer service. They provided coupons to make things right with a handwritten note on a card. They obviously care about their customers and standards.

I order from door dash today at 11 am for a 12 drop off and the store was under staff and running 2 hrs behind. They continued to accept online orders with 2 employees running a store, with about 30 people standing in line. No information was sent to online orders as to why there was a delay. This is a problem when the store is short staffed and people only get so long for lunch. I drove to the store to find out where my food was, this is when I found out there is only 2 people working. If the store is short staffed do not allow online orders to be placed. Chicken salad chicks profits are not more important than the mental health of its already short staff. The manager was as helpful as could be given the circumstances. I love Chicken salad chick but I do not think I will be a customer again. If you only have 2 employees do not accept online orders. This causes unneeded stress on patron and employee. I feel bad for Matt (manager) and his staff today. Please do better Chicken salad chick.

Upscale fast food based around chicken salads. Definitely not recommended if you don't like chicken salad but if you do this is what you've been looking for. I had "The Chick", their basic combo, with the regular "Classic Carol" chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad and (for a little extra) a scoop of the "Dixie Chick" chicken salad. Both were good, plenty of chicken, not too dry or creamy. The "Classic Carol" has a light seasoning to it that doesn't get in the way. "Dixie Chick" add onions, again not too strong. Other salads add fruit, nuts, jalapeno and other sauces and seasonings. The broccoli salad is also quite good, consisting of chopped florets with cheddar, mozzarella and bacon in a light vinaigrette. Prices are reasonable for quality fast food. Recommended if your looking for sandwiches.
